UNIQUE BURNING EFFICIENCY WITH THE SWIRL GAS BURNER
Due to excellent results in other plants, UNITHERM CEMCON was awarded with the contract to replace the existing burner at Asia Cement LLC, located in Ust-Inza in the Nikolskly district. In April 2017 a new M.A.S./SG burner with a nominal gas consumption of 9.000 Nm³/h at 1 bar pressure was delivered.

BIGGEST NATURAL GAS BURNER FOR RUSSIA
Unitherm delivered the four biggest natural gas burners in the company’s history to two Russian cement companies. The burners are capable of firing 100% natural gas with a design capacity of 15.000 Nm³/h at 2 bar burner inlet pressure which equals a nominal power of 151MW. The scope of supply also included an ignition burner, flame monitoring, gas valve train with control system as well as the firing equipment for the calciner.

UNITHERM CEMCON delivered several M.A.S. burners equipped with satellite burner above the main burner. The satellite burner can be adjusted independently from the main burner.
This guarantees maximum solid secondary fuel utilization for your kiln.
